Virat Kohli is an Indian International cricketer, who is a middle-order right hand batsman and is a right arm medium pace bowler. He was the captain of the champion Indian team at the 2008 U/19 Cricket World Cup held in Malaysia. Virat represents Delhi in first-class cricket and is the captain of the Royal Challengers Banglore franchise in the Indian Premier League. He was the part of the Indian team which won the "2011 World Cup". 

Virat made his One Day International (ODI) debut in 2008. Virat Kohli won "ICC ODI Player of the Year" Award in the year 2012. He has rated 13th by the SportsPro as the most "Marketable Athlete in the World". Virat was included in Delhi Ranji team on 23rd November 2006. Kohli's first match was against Tamil Nadu. Biography

 Virat Kohli, the rising star of the Indian Cricket was born on 5 November 1988 in Delhi. He was brought up in Delhi and studied at Vishal Bharti and Savier Convent, Delhi. He got his initial cricket training in West Delhi Cricket Academy, since 1998. He also used to play matches for Sumit Dogra Academy in Vasundhara Enclave near Noida. Virat Kohil's role model is Herschelle Gibbs of South Africa. He is fascinate about Lawn tennis and is a huge fan of Leander paes (Indian tennis star) and Roger Federer (The Swiss tennis legend).
